Riviera Travel has launched a new Support Desk within its trade learning platform, Riviera Explorer, to give agents faster and easier access to the guidance they need across bookings, platform support incentives, and general trade inquiries
The new feature brings together FAQs, platform guidance and direct support options inone central place.
Riviera Explorer is the ultimateone-stop shopfor trade partners, offeringeverything from product training and downloadable agent resources to the latestnews and agent incentives.
Agents will begin by selecting the Riviera product they need assistance with, then choose a relevant support category for their inquiry. For UK-based agents, the Support Desk also provides access to RIVA, RivieraTravel’s AI-powered assistant, which offers instant on-screen support within Riviera Explorer.
