Regent launches RegenTrade, an online training library and resource centre

Regent Seven Seas Cruises has developed a brand-new online tool ? RegenTrade ? designed to assist travel partners in selling the product.

RegenTrade is a one-stop-shop for all travel agents? selling needs, offering quick and easy product training consisting of a training library, as well as in-depth resources on the ships and their onboard offerings in the form of the Resource Centre.

The line has also launched Swot & Spend - an incentive offering a ?50 Amazon e-voucher to the first 100 travel professionals who complete all courses currently available on the Training Library before December 14, 2018.

The new training library features a series of short and simple modules designed for agents looking to find out more or to brush up on the Regent Seven Seas Cruises product.

Each module features a short video and readable content followed by a few questions to test agents? understanding, increasing their brand and sales knowledge.

The resource centre brings together sales and marketing tools such as campaign toolkits, images and videos ? all in one place. From the Resource Centre, agents can also access deck plans, virtual tours of the fleet, their suites and public areas and sample menus from the many exquisite onboard restaurants.

Marketing Central, which was launched earlier in 2018, is also accessible through the resource centre and provides users with customisable sales tools such as adverts, emails and social media content.
