Ras Al Khaimah welcomes back UK tourists

Ras Al Khaimah has been made accessible again as travel to the UAE has reopened

UAE's two flagship carriers, Emirates and Etihad Airways, have introduced new travel protection programmes for stays within the UAE, which provides travel security for those worried about the current tensions.

To reach Ras Al Khaimah, arriving at Dubai International Airport is ideal as the transfer time is only 45 minutes. However, it is still accessible from Abu Dhabi Airport, with only a two-and-a-half transfer time to the destination. Ras Al Khaimah is one of the most accessible and reward destinations in the region, with white-sand shores and world-class resorts littered throughout the coastline.

Throughout this summer, Ras Al Khaimah's hotels are rolling out an exceptional selection of seasonal offers. From ultra-luxury beachfront retreats to family-friendly resorts with dedicated kids' clubs, waterparks and fun activities, the emirate has firmly established itself as a year-round destination. Visitors can take advantage of exclusive deals across a range of properties, including: stay-five-nights-and-pay-for-four, complimentary upgrades from bed and breakfast to half board, room upgrades and kids go free packages - making it an ideal time for families and couples alike to explore, unwind and reconnect.

Phillipa Harrison, Chief Executive Officer of Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, commented, “Ras Al Khaimah has always offered international visitors an unmatched combination of natural adventure, cultural depth and warm Emirati hospitality. The travel protection now offered by our national carriers means visitors from across the world can book their holiday to the UAE this summer knowing they are covered from the moment they board their flight. We have never stopped welcoming the world and we invite travellers everywhere to come and experience everything Ras Al Khaimah has to offer.”
