The walking specialist has added seven new guided holidays to its European portfolio, now offering customers over 300 guided small group and self-guided options across 40 countries
The new tours include five Weekend Adventures – a programme designed for avid walkers who seek an adventurous escape after a long working week.
The new itineraries include the three-night ‘Hiking in the Sierra Nevada Adventure (Grade 6)’ where guests will trek the largest mountain range in Spain from £476; and the three-night ‘Picos de Europa Hikes Weekend Adventure (Grade 6)’, based in the market town of Potes, leads in from £413.
For those seeking a more culture-focused experience, Ramble Worldwide has also introduced a wider range of Cruise & Walk holidays in partnership with Fred. Olsen. Those include the nine-night ‘Scenic Strolls of the Norwegian Fjords (Grade 3)’ priced from £1,759 per person; and the 12-night ‘Sail to Northern Spain & the River Cities of France (Grade 4)’ from £2,259 per person.
Wayne Perks, managing director, highlighted how demand continues to rise for walking tour holidays, with Ramble witnessing a 15% increase last year.
