The Personal Travel Consultants joined Travelpack for its first-ever fam trip last week in Poros to develop knowledge around the up-and-coming Greek destination
The agents were treated to an exclusive boat tour around the island to kick off the fam trip as well as ticking off a range of activities including excursions to Hydra, quad biking around the island and visiting the historic Monastery.
Abbie Heaton, group manager of the PTCs, said these fam trips are for “strengthening relationships for the homeworkers both between one another and with a key supplier.”
“When we take the time to connect properly with our partners, we always see the business benefit, and in fact, there are already a couple of bookings in the pipeline off the back of this incredible experience.”
Carly Cockburn, one of the lucky PTC agents on the fam trip, said she “loved every minute of the trip and Poros completely exceeded my expectations! The itinerary was the perfect mix of exploring, learning, and relaxing. Riding quad bikes around the island, discovering hidden spots like Love Bay, and experiencing the local charm of Poros Town has given me so much confidence to sell the destination. I can already think of a few clients who will fall in love with it just like I did!”
