Prioritise wellness when travelling with Etihad Wellbeing

Etihad has introduced ‘Etihad Wellbeing’, a new programme designed to help guests maintain a healthy lifestyle

The scheme is intended to help guests travel more comfortably, and arrive feeling rested and refreshed.

Services include dedicated quiet spaces, natural bedding, nutritious dining options, vitamin and electrolyte beverages inflight, as well as pre-departure spa treatments in the Etihad Lounges at Zayed International Airport.

Jyotsna Chowdhry, Vice President Product and Hospitality at Etihad Airways, said, "'Etihad Wellbeing’ was developed after research showed people who fly frequently are looking at ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst travelling.

"Etihad Wellbeing is our commitment to making the flying experience as restorative and restful as possible."

The programme also includes Etihad's Quiet Cabin initiative, which reduces non-essential announcements and supports a calmer on-board environment.

Guests can also access meditation, stretching and sleep content through Etihad's inflight entertainment, with many aircraft featuring lighting designed to support rest and reduce jetlag on long-haul journeys.

In Business, First and the Residence classes, travellers are offered various luxury skincare amenities from brands such as ESPA and LANEIGE.

The programme is fully active and accessible now.
