Mercury Holidays has developed its website to make life easier for agents
The operator's new website development, 'Manage My Booking,' has been designed to reduce agents' administrative work and to enhance and streamline the customer experience.
The new tool allows users to securely access and manage key elements of their booking independently, without the agent acting as a middleman between the consumer and the operator.
Customers can access booking overviews, guest details, view flight information, check-in guidance, download guides, and submit passport details without needing an agent's time and attention.
The launch forms part of Mercury Holidays’ ongoing investment in digital tools to better support its trade partners and improve the end-to-end booking experience, as demand for escorted tours and worldwide holidays continues to grow.
