La Manga Club creates new vegan menu

La Manga Club has created a new vegan menu at its Amapola restaurant in the five-star Hotel Principe Felipe as an increasing number of people are switching to a plant-based diet, taking inspiration from sporting champions such as Serena Williams and Lewis Hamilton.

The resort's latest menu features a range of dishes including grilled marinated tofu with kimchee sauce and braised endives with quinoa and spiced sweet potato.

The new service adds to the extensive list of culinary treats on offer at La Manga Club, with guests having more than 15 bars and restaurants and a variety of global cuisines to choose from.

Among the options available, classic Mediterranean flavours can be found in abundance at the Amapola, La Bodega and La Cala resort restaurants, while Asia, India and Luigi restaurants also provide an excellent gastronomic experience.

Situated in Murcia, south-east Spain, La Manga Club is one of the popular destinations for sports and leisure destinations across Europe.

The resort, being the official overseas training base of the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), boasts three 18-hole golf courses, a 28-court tennis centre and 2,000sqm Wellness Centre.

La Manga Club is home to Spain?s only official Chelsea FC Foundation Soccer School. It features the choice of a five-star hotel and four-star serviced apartments and townhouses as well.
