Two months on from unveiling its new-and-improved HighFliers programme, which guarantees agents tiered rewards on all packages booked and has delivered "exceptional" feedback, Jetset is going one step further with monthly destination-themed incentives
On the back of introducing Spin to Win, which guarantees rewards on all flight-only bookings, Jetset took its next step this Independence Day, revamping HighFliers. Adrian Smyth, the operator's director of sales, believes "the generosity, the flexibility, and the immediacy that [HighFliers] delivers surpasses anything out there... The Magnificent Seven has truly been a magnificent launch."
Those agents already climbing their way up 'The Magnificent Seven' (the seven tiers of rewards ranging from £5 to £5,000 depending on package revenue), are inclined to agree. "Agents have been telling us that HighFliers was the missing piece of the Jetset jigsaw... feedback is excellent."
Despite that excellent feedback—and one agent already earning a £1,500 bonus from a Tier Six booking—Jetset is showing no signs of slowing the reward amounts it intends to pay out. In fact, Adrian and team Jetset will be "truly delighted to pay out that first Tier Seven reward... we will be popping champagne when someone hits it!
"This September, we are launching the bonus tier, applicable to the guest star of that respective month. If you book a package linked to that guest star, which will predominantly be a destination, regardless of the booking value, it pays out a guaranteed £100."
This month's "guest star" is Tampa Bay, with the next six months' special guests already lined up. "We're not anticipating the bonus tier being a 'one-hit wonder', that is something we believe will run alongside Magnificent Seven in its current form.
"When you've got the ability to bring in a mainstream destination, you can imagine how receptive that is going to be among booking agents."
Agents can register for HighFliers on the Jetset agent portal; upon receiving a membership card by post, tiered rewards can be claimed on all package bookings via that same portal.
