A Manage My Booking (MMB) menu allows agents to amend booking details and access travel documents directly, which director of travel agent relationships Alan Cross says "will benefit our agency partners enormously"
Features in the menu include amending passenger details, flights, dates, hotel and accommodation features; cancelling bookings entirely; accessing boarding passes and travel documents; adding promo codes, and more. Many of these features previously required agents to contact the Jet2holidays team directly.
Continuing, Alan said, "Our agency partners tell us how much they value the self-serve options that we have in place for them, because they save time and help partners work much more efficiently.
"We always want to make our service even better, which is why we work so hard to understand what will benefit them and then implement it."
Agent partners have been contacted directly regarding the developments; the changes are now live, effective immediately, via the operator's trade portal.
