InteleTravel is set to bring together 500 travel advisors, industry partners and leaders in Krakow this week for its annual ITQ conference
This year’s conference will be the company’s largest and most comprehensive to date, with InteleTravel being the world’s oldest and largest host travel agency with a network of more than 170,000 independent travel advisors worldwide.
It will feature more than 48 hours of educational content, 55+ travel partners, supplier sessions, networking opportunities, and an awards ceremony.
The programme will focus on helping advisors accelerate their businesses, with topics ranging from sales and social media to technology, accessible travel, and customer experience.
ITQ 2026 is set to take place from September 25th-27th, under the theme ‘Xcelerate Your Success’, and is sponsored by headline partners Jet2holidays and Royal Caribbean.
It will deliver an intensive programme focused on empowering advisors to think like CEOs, strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, improve sales performance, maximise social media engagement, understand the growing importance of accessible travel, and continue delivering exceptional customer service.
Key programme highlights include an opening address highlighting the most successful year on record from managing director Tricia Handley-Hughes, a keynote address from co-founder and CEO James Ferrara, and an expert panel discussion chaired by Susan Deer, director of industry relations at ABTA, called ‘Inclusive Travel for All’, to discuss best practices and creating more inclusive travel experiences.
