Italyscape is launching interesting webinar series on Italy each Wednesday at 4.15PM BST, covering from the artisans of Florence to the tastes of Slow Food.
There are seven to come, with each one lasting around 30 minutes.
On April 15, the webinar on Palio of Siena will stroll through the history of the unique city. Through ancient Contrade, age-old rituals and communal playgrounds, it will discover one of Italy's most vibrant and extraordinary traditions: the Palio of Siena.
On April 22, the webinar will provide a unique opportunity to discover Italian traditions, history, food and wine, art and architecture. On April 29, the webinar will explore Venice as a sea power.
Other webinar schedule include the dichotomy of Palermo (May 6), Artisan traditions of Florence (May 13), Buon Appetito: Understanding Slow Food (May 20) and Enduring music of Naples (May 27).
