As the active holiday operator announced new European walking tours for 2026, general manager Michelle Ventre declared that "investment in our agents is fundamental"
With limited opportunities to partner with the operator on offer until this point, Headwater Active Holidays has made a bold commitment to agents, promising to strengthen its partnerships with agents broadly.
Agents can undergo a bespoke training scheme, showcasing the relative niche of Headwater's self-guided walking, cycling and activity tours, and also grants agents access to marketing materials to go on and sell.
Continuing, Michelle said, "The training and support we offer is key to ensuring our agent partners have the right knowledge and tools available to support both customer and sales growth.
"The relationships we have with our current agent partners have been incredibly successful, enabling us to build on delivering a range of flexible, diverse travel options for customers keen to embark on more active holidays."
New European tours for 2026 include 'Walking in the Prosecco Hills', a five-day self-guided itinerary from £819 per person, and 'The French Riviera Golden Islands', a seven-night option from £1,239 per person.
