2025 proved a strong year for the hotel brand: three new properties opened their doors along with the introduction of its renewed loyalty programme for guests
Last year H10’s urban luxury brand, The One, added two new properties to its portfolio, strengthening its presence in major European cities.
In May, The One Alma Paris welcomed guests into its five-star accommodation housed inside an elegant Parisian-style building, located minutes from the Eiffel Tower. In November, the brand continuing its European expansion by opening The One Monumental Palace in the heart of Porto’s historic centre.
Further afield, the hotel chain opened the newly-built Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres in December. The five-star 599-room resort becomes the first property in H10’s new Ocean Allure Caribbean Resorts collection, aimed at an adults-only market. With this opening, the hotel chain strengthens its position in providing premium hotels in the Caribbean, with the resort joining the brand’s others in Mexico, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica.
The excitement doesn’t stop there: H10’s evolved loyalty programme H10 Rewards will soon be available to guests. Set to take guest experience to the next level without losing its original charm, H10 Rewards is designed to rewards guests from the very first stay. New tiers with exclusive benefits, more points at booking, and priority access to promotions will be available to members.
