The new survey launched by the cruise line will be used to gather feedback directly from agents with categories relating to brand awareness, booking tools, incentives and engagement
Running until August 15th, 2025, the survey will also give agents the chance to win a £100 Amazon voucher. Each agent who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw, with each of the 10 winners being notified via email from September 1st, 2025.
