B2B accommodation-only specialists? getabed and roomsXML have announced the merger of their businesses.
Under the new structure, the current owners of the independently owned businesses, will continue to play an integral part in running the combined business, with Ruchir Bang as the CEO and Matt Stuart as the chief commercial officer.
The remaining senior leadership roles will be announced soon. The joint business will provide significant benefits and scale, which will then be passed on to customers and suppliers.
