Exodus report growth in demand for Jordan tours

Exodus Adventure Travels, reports a growth in demand for Jordan tours following the change in FCDO advice to the region

Exodus Adventure Travels has restarted bookings for its programme of tours to Jordan from July, following the recent relaxation of travel advice from the Foreign Office.

Its current popularity reflects the strong demand that was seen from customers prior to the restrictions being put in place. At the end of February, bookings to the destination were up 18% year-on-year.

The adventure tour operator currently have six tours to the region, such as 'Signature Jordan: Stars and Desert Sands', 'A Week in Jordan', and 'Petra and Wadi Rum by Bike'.

Brendan Phelan, Sales Director, Exodus Adventure Travels, commented, “We’re really excited to be restarting our Jordan tours after a pause of around three months. It’s a destination that means a great deal to us - not just for its incredible landscapes, but for the local communities we work closely with on the ground. Encouragingly, we’ve already started to see new bookings come through in the past week, which is a positive sign of returning confidence, as well as customers who unfortunately had their trips cancelled coming back to rebook. With trips resuming from July and strong availability, including for flights, through the peak autumn season, we’re optimistic that momentum will build again, while playing our part in supporting the recovery of tourism in the destination.”
