Adventure tour operators, Exodus Travels and Headwater Holidays have extended the suspension of all their tours until August 16, 2020 as a result of the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a joint statement, the companies said that customers will receive an ABTA-bonded refund credit note which can be used toward any new booking made by January 31, 2021. Refund credit notes can be exchanged for refunds from January 31, 2021, if no booking has been made by then.
All travel agent partners with affected passengers will be contacted by the tour operators to discuss the available options for their customers.
