The elevated digital experience has been rolled out across Etihad.com and the airline’s mobile app, offering travellers a modern and more efficient platform to book their holidays
The website’s navigation has been re-engineered to allow users to move more seamlessly through the site, with the bold new colour palette offering a more enticing finishing look.
The new design gives way for more personalised self-service options, including a revamped online check-in process which features an improved seat map and streamlined access to travel extras.
Arik De, chief revenue and commercial officer for Etihad Airways, said the redesigned digital experience will “ensure our guests enjoy engaging with us from the very first touch of a screen until reaching their destination and beyond”.
One of the main benefits of the digital upgrade is the integration of the Etihad Guest programme. Etihad Guest members will be able to view and manage aspects of their loyalty programme from a single point in-app, including adding travel documents, viewing upcoming trips, selecting loyalty benefits and earning/spending miles.
Travellers also have easy access to book an integrated Abu Dhabi stopover as part of their trip, offering complimentary two-night hotel stays when flying through Abu Dhabi.
