easyJet Holidays adds new functionality to trade portal

A new function on the trade portal allows agents to manage bookings and process changes, including date and flight amendments

Agents can process transfers and name changes free of charge, with select other options incurring a £25 per person fee: down from the £40 charge for changes processed by the package operator's trade support team.

Changes include date changes/flight amendments to departures on the same day as originally booked (up to 28 days before departure), name changes of up to three characters for additional passengers, upgrades or downgrades to transfers (along with booking and cancellation) up to five days before departure, adding or amending seats before check-in, and adding additional luggage.

Natasha Marson, head of trade distribution, celebrated the additional functionality.
