Cunard lifts the curtain on speaker line-up for the rest of the year

The August-December 2026 programme features more than 800 Insights speakers including 200 high-profile names across Cunard’s fleet

Highlights of the programme include exclusive insights from broadcaster and author Clare Balding CBE, actress Celia Imrie CBE, AI pioneer Dame Wendy Hall, comedian and author Ruby Wax OBE, and bestselling crime author Peter James.

President of Cunard, Katie McAlister, said, “Our Insights programme has always been about bringing extraordinary stories to life at sea, and this latest line-up reflects the breadth, quality and curiosity our guests value so highly. From world-class broadcasters and Olympic champions to acclaimed actors, authors, explorers and scientists, these are voices that inform, inspire and entertain, creating moments on board that stay with guests long after their voyage has ended.”

Guests sailing from Southampton to New York aboard Queen Mary 2 will enjoy a varied programme of speakers throughout the season, including Celia Imrie CBE on the vessel’s 450th Transatlantic Crossing in November. Other speakers include children’s TV icon Dame Floella Benjamin and US pilot Jeff Skiles.

Queen Anne will welcome an impressive mix of speakers during her sailings, including Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington OBE, broadcaster Rachel Riley MBE, and rugby star Will Carling.

While exploring the Med, Canary Islands and Western Europe, Queen Victoria will host a diverse line-up of speakers, including Ruby Wax OBE, journalist and documentary maker Jane Corbin, and author Peter James.

Finally, onboard Queen Elizabeth, Clare Balding CBE will join guests in Alaska, alongside the ‘female Indiana Jones’ explorer Alison Teal, and actress Ariel Tweto. On her voyages through the Caribbean, Queen Elizabeth will host NASA astronaut Susan Kilrain, entertainment journalist Nelson Aspen, and ‘Dallas’ actor Patrick Duffy.
