Applications for the 2027 Expedition Showcase will open on November 5th, with two new ships joining the event’s line up
Once again the event will be held in Longyearbyen, Svalbard, from July 2nd to 6th, 2027.
The programme will give agents the opportunity to learn more about the destination, alongside the chance to learn about the expeditions that depart from there. Business sessions, product training and dinners will complete the programme.
Host ship visits will take place aboard vessels from 66 Expeditions, AE Expeditions, HX Expeditions, Polar Latitudes Expeditions, Ponant, Quark Expeditions, and Swan Hellenic.
Due to the remote location, CLIA has arranged an event package with return flights between Oslo and Longyearbyen, airport transfers and four nights’ accommodation.

“Returning to Svalbard means agents can gain practical insight into Arctic expedition cruising, from life onboard to the destinations and excursions available. We want delegates to leave with greater confidence in discussing expedition cruises with their customers and a clearer understanding of the sales opportunities they present.”
