CLIA has confirmed plans for its annual conference in 2027, with a refreshed format on offer for agents
The conference is set to return to Southampton from May 13th to May 15th, 2027, and is the largest annual travel agent event of its kind in Europe.
While key elements of the conference will remain, several enhancements have been made to the wider programme, including business sessions being split across two days, extending the day one fair, offering delegates the choice of one of four new themed workshops, and a tour of either Celebrity Apex or Sky Princess.
The previous ‘Sailaway Party’ will also be revitalised, with details available closer to the time.
Andy Harmer, CLIA UK and Ireland managing director, said, “The changes we’re introducing for 2027 have been shaped by delegate feedback, with more time for our business sessions and trade fair, new practical workshops, and greater choice over how agents spend their time with us.
“Our aim is for every agent to leave Southampton with new knowledge and connections, as well as practical ideas they can put into action straight away.”
Registration opens on October 8th, with details of the theme and keynote speakers set to be announced in due course.
