Agents can save clients 20% off direct rates to Chester Zoo's new lodge accommodation, The Reserve, which opened this month
Chester Zoo is encouraging agents to pass on the savings or take the 20% as commission. Any bookings made by August 2026 qualify for the savings.
Doors to The Reserve at Chester Zoo's 51 luxury lodges opened this month. Four categories of lodges (Lakeside, Family, Lookout and Giraffe) are available to choose from, housing between two and six guests.
Stays are available based on room type and package types: 'Savannah Explorer' includes out-of-hours entry to the zoo's Heart of Africa zone, two days' admission, £25 dinner allocation per person and other experiences. Stays in this tier lead in from £410.83 per night.
'Savannah Adventurer' upgrades the experience with all the amenities of the 'Explorer' tier plus a ranger-guided animal experience and three-course dining at the Amboseli restaurant on-site from £510.25 per night.
'Savannah VIP' is the most premium option, adding two behind-the-scenes tours (a Giraffe Wake-Up experience and The Conservation In Action experience) to the list of value-adds from £1,505.69 per night.
