Celestyal Campus has made way for Celestyal Stars, a 16-module e-learning platform which also encompasses exclusive trade rates, discounts and additional learning opportunities
Modules on the new-look training platform cover the length and breadth of selling Celestyal, including insights on the cruise line's fleet and destinations, as well as advice on sales and marketing.
Throughout the modules, agents will progress through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum status. Along the way, Navigator levels from one to four stars will be completed, with digital badgets and certificates awarded at each level.
Depending on status and Navigator level, agents will earn access to exclusive agent rates and discounts, with select reward campaigns intermittently.
Janet Parton, who was recently named as Celestyal's VP of marketing, PR and customer experience, introduced Celestyal Stars. "Celestyal Stars is designed to empower and inspire our valued travel partners. By making learning more engaging and rewarding, we’re giving agents the tools and confidence to showcase the very best of Celestyal to their travellers - from our smaller ships and more personal service to our destination immersion and port-intensive itineraries that bring our heartfelt journeys to life.
"The new tiered certification journey recognises their expertise and commitment, while our enhanced incentives celebrate their success. The trade is central to our growth, and this investment reflects our dedication to strengthening those partnerships."
The cruise line recently underwent an audit of its trade strategy; Celestyal Stars is the first in several changes anticipated as a result of its new agent approach. Lee Haslett, CCO, spoke to Travel Bulletin last month about what else could be on the horizon.
