The luxury operator has partnered with Marmalade Development, a senior business coaching organisation that has worked with the likes of Barclays and BMW, to provide exclusive personal and professional development training to its agent partners

Called 'Alchemy', the programme will invite a close network of agents to a training course from April to September 2025.

The course comprises one-to-one online business coaching and in-person workshops, hoping to encourage business owners to create goals, develop strategies and practices, recognise growth opportunities, and unlock the full potential of their personal brands.

Head of trade partnerships Lee Marshall promised a "fabulous opportunity for travel specialists who are ambitious in wanting to grow their business... we want to help give individuals the right tools and mindset to succeed."

The first session will take place at Carrier's head office in Didsbury, Manchester, before a mostly online schedule until the final session in September.

Continuing, Lee explained, "We're always looking for new ways to help our close community of trade agent partners continue to flourish and grow. In 2025, we are investing more in supporting trade partnerships than at any time in our 42-year history."

Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with Carrier subsidising a portion of the course fee for agents taking part.
