Following the sell-out success of its inaugural sailing in 2025, the cruise line is inviting all amateur sleuths and detectives onboard once again for 2027 with the return of the True Crime Voyage
Created in partnership with iHeartMedia, the cruise will feature a new line-up of true crime podcasts including ‘Disgraceland’ with Jake Brennan, ‘Buried Bones’ with Kate Winkler Dawson and Paul Holes, and ‘Wisecrack’ with Jodi Tovay.
The five-night voyage will depart roundtrip from Miami aboard Scarlet Lady on March 20th, 2027, with calls made to Grand Turk and The Beach Club at Bimini.
Guests will have the chance to attend live podcast recordings, meet the hosts, and gain behind-the-scenes insights. Sailors can also test their true crime knowledge with themed trivia and special onboard events. Prices for the special voyage lead in from £826 per person.
SJ Walker, UK director of sales, said, “The evidence is clear: our Sailors have a killer appetite for experiences they simply cannot find on an ordinary holiday. Bringing back our True Crime Voyage with a completely new line-up gives fans the chance to get closer to the voices behind the stories, while still enjoying everything they love about Virgin Voyages.”
The cruise forms part of Virgin Voyages’ ‘On Air at Sea’ collection' – a series of speciality sailings that bring popular podcasts and their communities onboard the line’s adult-only ships.
