British Airways has announced it will be expanding its service between Heathrow and St Louis to daily flights for summer 2027
The expanded schedule of the nonstop service represents an 80% increase in total seats from this summer, with more than 35,400 seats added between Missouri and London.
BA launched the route on April 19th, 2026, with four flights per week, and is the only UK airline offering a direct service between the two cities.
The airline will operate an increased schedule of five flights per week from March 28th, before further increasing to daily service between April 19th and June 28th, and again between September 6th and October 30th, 2027.
Brad Dean, president and CEO of Explore St. Louis, said, “International visitors are especially valuable to a destination because they tend to stay longer and spend more.”
“This means this new daily flight has an impact that extends way beyond the airport, supporting our hotels, restaurants, attractions, retailers, and cultural institutions.”
The increased frequency also strengthens St Louis’ ability to compete for international meetings, conventions, and business travel.
“The response to this route has been tremendous since launch only five months ago, and this expansion gives customers even greater choice and flexibility, while strengthening connections from St. Louis to London, Europe and our global network of more than 200 destinations,” said Hubert Frach, British Airways’ head of sales North America.
