Virgin Limited Edition has announced a collaboration between The Lodge and Cabane Tortin to give skiers extended time on the slopes
The branch, which is a part of Virgin Hotels Collection, will be teaming up The Lodge, its private luxury chalet in Verbier, with Cabane Tortin, an independently-run retreat that sits at 3,000 metres.
This collaboration means customers can stay in both homes across one trip, with suggested itineraries featuring three nights at The Lodge, followed by three in Cabane Tortin, and then ending with one more night back in The Lodge.
Cabane Tortin is perched on the edge of the Tortin Glacier, meaning snowfall is almost guaranteed. The high altitude gives experienced skiers access to the slopes outside of lift operating times and dates, in true ski-in-ski-out style, with first and last tracks guaranteed.
With an indoor pool, hot tubs, and treatment rooms, The Lodge blends traditional Alpine character with contemporary comfort, and provides guests with a place to unwind between days spent on the mountain, along with its trademark all-inclusive service.
Suggested inclusions also include a fully-hosted mountain experience, with porters, hosts, and private dining, a curated Swiss wine cellar, a private chef, premium drinks, 24-hour car service, and an in-house spa therapist.
Prices for a seven-night trip lead in at CHF 116,000 (£105,210), covering stays at both properties on an all-inclusive basis for a private party of eight to 10 guests.
