Sunlife has launched a new collection of penthouses and apartments built with guests’ privacy as a priority
The collection, ‘Estella by Sunlife’, will mix the privacy of a private home with the run of a Sunlife resort on the doorstep.
Every ‘Estella’ home is built for actual living, with spaces to sleep, eat, cook, and unwind, as well as private outdoor spaces belonging solely to the guest.
The first apartment of the new collection is set to open with ‘Estella and La Pirogue’, on the west coast of Mauritius, where guests gain the benefits of being in La Pirogue and neighbouring Sugar Beach, offering restaurants, bars, beaches, pools, sport, spas, activities, and entertainment.
Guests can go self-catering, opt for the full hotel treatment, or choose somewhere in-between.
Both before arrival and during the stay, guests can arrange fridge stocks, groceries, ready-to-cook dining kits, private chef experiences, picnic boxes, children's essentials, wellness options, housekeeping preferences and concierge services, using the Estella App – all sorted in a few taps rather than a queue at reception.
The development marks a step in Sunlife’s pushing past the traditional resort model, tailoring the holiday experience to travellers who want more space, flexibility, and independence.
