Air Transat has launched non-stop flights from London Gatwick to Ottawa
Air Transat successfully operated its first non-stop flight from London Gatwick to Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport on the morning of May 15th, 2026.
The new route that connects the two cities will take the total number of direct flights operated by Air Transat from the UK to Canada up to 34 flights per week during the peak season, which includes flights to Montreal and Toronto.
The new flights will operate three times a week on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Roundtrip fares start from £367 per person.

As the country’s capital, Ottawa offers a unique mix of culture, nature and year-round experiences, while also serving as a convenient gateway to explore even more of the region."
