The Partnership is evolving its membership structure with the introduction of three specialist teams designed to provide members with more proactive support in delivering value
The restructure will better reflect the needs of Advantage’s members at every stage of the journey, from onboarding to long-term growth. The structural changes have been implemented due to a recent member priorities survey, which highlighted the need for personalised support and simpler access to services.
The new structure comprises:
- Emily Shannon as the strategic membership growth and development lead – focusing on expanding Advantage’s membership base, shaping member proposition and ensuring the consortium’s offer continues to evolve.
- David Moon as customer success director - focusing on strengthening service delivery and providing a consistent, high-quality experience across every member interaction.
- Sarah Miller as the strategic member partnership lead - focusing on the management of member relationships and coordinating business support, strengthening engagement and delivering commercial value.
The three teams will work closely with Advantage’s subject matter experts in the global business travel business development team.
Lee Ainsworth, membership and strategy director, said, “As our members’ businesses continue to grow and the market becomes increasingly complex to navigate, we know that they need a partner who is proactive, aligned with their needs, and easy to work with. This evolution of our structure is our response to that – shaping how we support our members to meet that expectation.”
