A $200 million "Sandals 2.0" upgrade across three Jamaican resorts.

Sandals Resorts is giving three of its legendary Jamaican gems a $200 million makeover just in time for the winter sun season

The resort brand has revealed details on the huge transformations coming to Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals South Coast, and the newly renamed Sandals Caribbean Cay (formerly Sandals Royal Caribbean). Expect swanky new dining concepts, refreshed pools, and the brand’s first-ever double queen rooms, perfect for when your clients want to bring the whole gang along without fighting over the bed.

Sandals Montego Bay (Opening 18th December 2026) is getting a serious facelift, complete with a brand-new lobby with jaw-dropping sea views and a redesigned main pool. Foodies are in for a treat with the arrival of Buccan, serving up open-flame island favourites right by the water, and Scrimshaw, a swish new coastal seafood spot.

Sandals South Coast (Opening 18th November 2026) has been rebranded to celebrate its exclusive offshore island vibe, adding 84 new rooms, including Montego Bay's first SkyPool Suites with private plunge pools. Over on the private island, Parisol Beach Club is the place to chill, while back on the mainland, Suppa will be dishing out Jamaican comfort food.

Executive chairman Adam Stewart says this next chapter is all about building on their legacy. "For us, dreaming bigger wasn’t about adding more. It was about creating a Sandals 2.0 experience that also feels connected to our home," he explained.

Package holidays booked with UCHL are fully ATOL- and ABTA-protected, and you can lock in these resorts for your clients with just a £175-per-person deposit.
