The small-ship cruise line will operate a full season in the Canary Islands between November 2025 and February 2026, offering nine 10-day sailings through the sun-soaked region
The 10-day ‘Canary Island Idyll’ will take travellers on a round-trip voyage from Santa Cruz de Tenerife with port stops in San Sebastian de la Gomera, Santa Cruz de Palma, Madeira, Lanzarote and Las Palmas aboard the newly-renovated Wind Star vessel.
During the 10 days, guests will have the chance to sample some of Madeira’s famous poncha, marvel at the dramatic landscapes of Timanfaya National Park, and stroll around the crater of San Antonio volcano.
Augustus Lonsdale, head of sales, said, “The Canary Islands have long been a preferred winter sun destination for UK travellers. With these new fly-cruise packages our guest can enjoy the best of the region with limited sea days, whilst also going off the beaten track to the lesser known and crowded areas that Windstar specialises in, with only 148 fellow adventurous guests.”
Prices for the new itinerary lead in from £3,599 per person including return flights from London, overseas transfers, one-night pre-cruise hotel stay and a 10-day cruise with all meals, soft drinks and port fees. Guests can upgrade to an All-Inclusive package from £81 per person per day.
Information about the new itinerary and the wider Windstar portfolios can be found on its website.
