BLESS Collection Hotels and TRS Hotels have been awarded the recognition by Queer Destinations Committed, an international LGBTQ+ tourism association.
Luxury brands BLESS Collection Hotels and TRS Hotels have been awarded some of the first Queer Destinations Committed distinctions, marking BLESS properties in Ibiza and Madrid and the TRS Ibiza Hotel as the first of only ten hotels in Spain certified.
The recognition acknowledges a commitment to preparation and training by companies and destinations.
Palladium Hotel Group has garnered awareness and trained staff through its 'Hospitality meets diversity' training programme, which aims to foster a safe environment for teaching staff about the LGBTQ+ community and create unique travel experiences tailored to their expectations.
Oriol Pàmies, Founder of Queer Destinations, explained that: "Queer Destinations is working hand in hand with Palladium Hotel Group with the aim of raising awareness of their different brands and thereby creating a space for education and information regarding the proper treatment of LGBTQ+ travellers.
