The acquisition has now been completed, after the agreement was announced in June 2020.
The Global Travel Group, which represents 285, will now operate as a separate membership proposition within the Travel Network Group, alongside the Travel Trust Association, Worldchoice and Independent Travel Experts.
Since the announcement of the acquisition on June 25, 2020, the Travel Network Group has hosted several webinars and weekly video calls with the Global Travel Group members to help them understand the products and services and available to them after the completion of the acquisition.
