After reinstating its World Cup incentive programme ahead of last year's peaks, Travel Counsellors' top-performing team, Team Norway, enjoyed their grand prize this month: a five-night stay in Orlando
The campaign ran throughout peaks this year, and saw 2,100 Travel Counsellors from across the world compete. Each team of 50 was led by a dedicated team captain and vice captain.
Team Norway's 27 Travel Counsellors, two colleagues and three supplier representatives (from Aer Lingus, Universal Parks and Resorts and DoSomethingDifferent.com) stayed at Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort during the prize trip, visiting Universal Orlando Resort's other hotels and theme parks, including VIP tours at Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure and an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming Universal Epic Universe park.
Gayle Chase, Team Norway's team captain, attributed the victory "to the incredible hard work and support from everyone. From the start, we had each other's backs, building up the excitement and momentum that got us over the line.
"What really made it special was the team spirit and how we all pulled together... it was an amazing experience, and we got to enjoy all the thrills, exclusive experiences, and top attractions Orlando has to offer!"
