Travel Counsellors reports a record-break booking and sale period

The last 14 months has seen record-breaking sales, with numbers reaching £90.1 million in March 2023.

Travel Counsellors has reported record-breaking sales for 14 consecutive months, with a 22% increase on last year's figures for March 2023, worth £90.1 million.

The year-to-date sales have reached £416 million: a 46% increase on pre-pandemic figures. 

3,529 of the bookings in March came from leisure bookings, with last-minute Easter holidays to Majorca, Florida, Corfu and more proving popular. 

The business' luxury travel arm saw a 28% increase on March 2022's figures, hitting £40.2 million. 

Summer's hotspots are the Greek Islands, with 6,858 bookings, followed by Mauritius with 1,604.
