Following record performance in 2023, Travel Counsellors 2024 recruitment drive will see the creation of 300 new businesses.
Ahead of a £15 million investment in its proprietary tech platform this year, the recruitment drive will supplement Travel Counsellors' growing ambitions.
Upon announcing its biggest-ever recruitment drive, Matt Harding, director of franchise sales, said: "We are keen to attract new talent to help take the business to the next level."
Upon joining, each new-to-travel Travel Counsellor is equipped with registration to the Travel Academy programme, accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism; a mentor; and access to an accredited personal business coach.
In 2024, a new partnership with the Institute of Travel and Tourism will see a number of new-to-travel businesspeople win a place on the Academy programme (worth £10,000) as part of Travel Counsellors' mission to attract and foster young and diverse talent.
