The Travel Network Group creates a travel guide for members

The Travel Network Group (TTNG) has developed a guide so its agent members can advise clients on taking holidays abroad in changing times.

The customisable step-by-step guide describes the changes that travellers can expect to see at the airport, during transit, changes at transfers and arrival on their destination, and during their stay at hotels and accommodation, eating out places and tourist attractions, including mandatory paperwork for travellers, such as the FCS form for Spain and the Public Health Traveller Locator form for return to the UK.

Designed to help agents prepare holidaymakers for changes in travel and alleviate anxieties, the guide covers crucial topics, such as when to wear facemasks, what to pack for the journey, arrivals, and other changes to airport protocols. The guide also outlines the strict cleaning regimes that airlines are employing, and describes the cabin air-filtering process.

Gary Lewis, CEO of The Travel Network Group said, ?From conversations with our members and what we have seen in the media, we know that holidaymakers have many questions about what travelling abroad will look like this summer. To give our members the much-needed reassurance, we have created a guide that we can provide the customers, as soon as they confirm their holiday for this summer, or guide people who have concerns regarding booking a holiday.?

He added, ?There are so many questions and variables out there that we wanted to create a tool that simply takes customers through their journey and describes the changes they may face and actions they may need to take, which can be tailored to suit the individual?s exact needs. We hope this guide helps our members make their customers feel happy and confident about travel.?
