The Swan at Streatley is set to host a workshop showcasing its new cold water immersion experience, as part of the new fitness and wellness offerings from the Coppa family.
At 9am, on February 13, 2022, expert wellness guide and Wim Hof instructor Will Van Zyk will take guests through the exercise and explain its physical and mental benefits. Yoga and mindfulness exercises will also take place across the workshop.
Attendees can also enjoy a lunch from the Coppa specials menu, and a cocktail.
