Two key destinations will take centre stage, with the WTM China Forum hosted by China Travel Online, showcasing China's recovery and reopening along with market trends and key factors, and sessions on Saudi Arabia, spotlighting in tourism vision and sustainable projects.

The Responsible Tourism session and awards will also prove a hit once again, as the industry embraces a sustainable future.

The UNWTO, WTTC and WTM Ministers' Summit will return in 2021, titled 'Investing in Tourism's Sustainable Future', which will unite tourism ministers and sector leaders to examine the industry's green future.

An afternoon session will be dedicated to 'Winning Customers and Making Money in 2022', organised by Travel Perspective, hoping to show how broken business models can recover and the future of advertising.

Charlotte Alderslade, conference and seminar manager, WTM Portfolio, explained: “With pent-up demand for 2022, it’s crucial to ensure travel providers and destinations are one step ahead when it comes to planning for the future, so this year we have a real an emphasis on research, trends and the future of travel.

“We’re extremely excited to reunite with the industry as well as welcoming some top CEO’s and C-level speakers to our sessions, with the likes of ABTA, Expedia, TUI and BBC already on-board for 2021.
