Singapore Airlines updates health and safety, promotional fares and daily flights from Heathrow

Singapore Airlines has released its latest video in a series focused on its health and safety measures linked to COVID-19. 

Additionally, the airline has launched new promotional fares to South East Asia for 2021 travel, which are backed up by their complimentary rebooking policy. From August 1, Singapore Airlines is resuming daily flights between London Heathrow and Singapore.

Health and safety measures include: SIA Care pack for each customer, incorporating a surgical mask, antibacterial wipes and hand sanitiser; cleaning and hygiene procedures; and an e-brochure emailed before travel. Meal services will be continued on long-haul flights.

In regard to digital solutions, primarily facilitated via the SingaporeAir Mobile App, you clients can use usual mobile check-in, create digital boarding passes, access to the e-Library, and allow your clients to use their own devices to control the seat-back inflight entertainment system. Digital in-flight menus are also being used.

A contactless ?Print-n-Go? solution using the mobile app means your clients can use airport self-service kiosks safely. Passengers can access videos demonstrating safety regarding food preparation; precautionary measures in place  how HEPA filters keep cabin air clean.
