Scenic spotlights its 2022 European river cruising programme

From France to Germany, cruisers can see it all on any number of Scenic's 2022 itineraries.

River cruise line Scenic has unveiled its 2022 series of European river cruises, with a selection of new Scenic Enrich Experiences both on- and off-board.

An onboard Enrichment Manager will join all 2022 cruises, organising night-time entertainment and experience-fuelled excursions, including an on-board glassblower demonstration, painting class as ships voyage along the Rhône and a tulip-growing lecture in Netherlands.

New experiences for 2022 include exclusive access to Les Bassins de Lumières, in Bordeaux, where a cavernous former submarine base has transformed into a centre of digital art. After-hours access is included on the 11-day 'Beautiful Bordeaux' route (starting from £3,195 per person, sailing on April 8, 2022) and the 11-day 'Flavours of Bordeaux Culinary Cruise' (from £3,645 per person, sailing on May 25, 2022). An exclusive Motorworld event in Cologne is taking place exclusively for Scenic guests, where cruisers can explore Germany's motoring heritage and Michael Schumacher's private collection with an after-hours guided tour. This tour will be available on the 15-day 'Jewels of Europe' cruise departing on July 11, 2022, which starts from £4,395 per person.

In celebration of the launch, Scenic is offering savings of up to £1,500 per couple on any 2022 Europe river cruises booked before July 15, 2021. Paying the full balance 12 months prior to departure will save guests an additional 10% on any balcony suite or above bookings.
