The St Lucia and Jamaica properties will welcome new rooms and suties, set to open in April 2023.

Sandals Resorts International has announced expansions to the Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort in Castries, St Lucia, and the family resort Beaches Negril in Jamaica, with a collection of new rooms and suites opening in 2023.

The new accommodation options are available for bookings for travel from April 6, 2023.

Beaches Negril will add 12 new butler suites, raising the room count to 197. The new suites will comprise six Firesky Reserve villas, nestled on the beach and offering four bedrooms spanning three storeys, accommodating up to 10 guests. The Eventide Penthouse Collection on the opposite end of the resort's coastline will feature six suites with three or four bedrooms, accommodating up to 18 guests. Guests to these suites will also have rooftop terrace access.

Sandals Halcyon will see the addition of 25 new butler suites, with 20 Joli Beachfront suites on the edge of the shore, with king-sized beds. Five new Koko Rondoval villas will see the room count at Sandals Halcyon Beach Resort increase to 194.

Adam Stewart, executive chairman of Sandals Resorts International, explained: “Our guest experience drives everything we do, and these new suites are emblematic of our unrelenting move across the brands as we challenge ourselves to reimagine every facet of the business.

“We wanted to go beyond traditional luxury and these new suites are stunners; it’s about design and amenities that make connecting with each other more comfortable and more fulfilling.”
