Sandals and Beaches Resorts launches campaign to support travel agents

Sandals and Beaches Resorts is showing industry support for travel agents with a dedicated trade campaign set to enhance product knowledge and secure bookings with a series of rewards. 

The ‘We’re Here For You Every Step Of The Way’ campaign, launched on October 15 and running until November 30, 2020, includes training and marketing support, a straightforward online booking system available 24/7, industry benefits, perks and incentives. 

Travel agents looking to grow their business with Sandals in the form of social media advertising, in-store branding and events can take advantage of dedicated marketing support via their local Sandals business development manager, who will help them to implement a marketing plan which works for them and their target audience. 

In terms of training support, Agents can increase their sales by improving their product knowledge. They can complete the flexible Sandals and Beaches Resorts online training programme, and have a one-on-one virtual sales call with their local Sandals and Beaches Resorts business development manager. Training support tools available include: online training, virtual sales calls and weekly webinars.

Additionally, the dedicated travel agent programme with a wide range of competitive perks, incentives and rewards for agents. These benefits range from free day passes and ‘Sell & Go’ nights which can be earned with each booking made, and used towards their own holidays - to competitive pricing and commission on all bookings, including on bookable extras such as Island Routes excursions and airport lounge passes for clients. Agents also have the chance to earn more commission when upselling room categories and/or flights with every holiday.
