Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is set to combine its unique brand of luxury with the energetic spirit and culture of Italys fashion capital in the coming years.
Real estate firm Gruppo Statuto has appointed Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to manage Rosewood Milan, which will open in the heart of the city in 2025.
The property marks the brand's fourth hotel in Italy, following the recent announcements of Rosewood Rome and Rosewood Hotel Bauer in Venice, and join Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany.
Rosewood Milan will be situated on the edge of the Quadrilatero della Moda, Milan's fashion district, steps away from famous shopping boulevards, luxury boutiques and antique shops. With 70 rooms, including around 20 suites, the property will offer Italian-inspired luxury on the doorstep of the chic city's attractions.
