The property will mark Rosewood Hotels & Resorts ninth hotel in Greater China, and 17th in Asia.
Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has continued its expansion across China, announcing a new property set to debut in 2025, the Rosewood Hangzhou. Situated in Wangjian New City, the new build property will host 16 storeys over 25,000 sqm.

The Rosewood Hangzhou will offer 140 rooms of various categories, including 17 suites. Rosewood's signature Manor Club will offer guests an executive lounge and food and beverage experiences, butler service and communal spaces. Four dining outlets will call the property home, including an all-day bistro, Chinese restaurant and a specialty bar. Amenities will include a fitness centre, indoor pool and hydrotherapy areas as well as an 800 sqm ballroom.
