2025s European river cruise programme is on sale now, with a 2024 price freeze, 32 new themed itineraries and 15 dedicated solo soirées on offer.
261 departures are now on offer, with prices held at 2024 rates. 16 itineraries are available to book between March and November, spanning France, Germany, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary and the Netherlands.
Highlights include 'The Blue Danube', an eight-day sailing with seven tours of Vienna, Salzburg or Linz, Budapest and more, from £1,599 per person, and 'The Douro, Porto and Salamanca', an eight-day option including a tour, lunch and flamenco show in Salamanca, a guided tour of Porto with a port wine cellar visit and more from £1,899 per person.
Announcing the programme, Tom Morgan, head of trade sales at Riviera, said: "It's a great time of year to be selling river cruise: since the back-end of September, through October and so far in November, river sales have remained as strong as ever."
Tom promised agents the operator's 'biggest-ever peaks', confirming "our biggest-ever prize incentive... and more joint events with agents than ever before."
Will Sarson, head of product, called the launch "the culmination of lots and lots of hard work from the team here," adding: "It's great to see how many people are excited by river cruising in particular."
Along with the launch of 2025's European river cruise programme, Riviera Travel also confirmed a 32-departure slate of themed departures, also on sale today.
