The Covid-19 precautions require all non-vaccinated guests to present a negative test before travel.
Riviera Travel has announced that all guests on its upcoming holidays must either present a negative Covid-19 test, or be fully vaccinated, before travelling. Any guest who has not had both vaccine doses will be offered a free test to allow them to travel.
These requirements apply to all guests, river and ocean cruise crew members and tour members. Crew members will continue to have daily temperature checks and ongoing health screenings.
Any guests who test positive prior to their holiday can transfer their booking to an alternative date with no charge.
Jim Forward, Riviera's chief commercial officer, commented: ?Ensuring guests? peace of mind is a priority for us, so we?re asking everyone who travels with Riviera to have had the full Covid vaccine or presented a negative test. We can?t wait to welcome holidaymakers back so will take care of any associated costs. These measures, combined with our comprehensive health and safety procedures, means guests can look forward to their Riviera holiday with happiness guaranteed.?
Any bookings made before April 30, 2021, or new bookings for 2022, can amend their booking for free up to September 30, 2021. All bookings are protected by Riviera's Covid cancellation policy as standard.
